  Single-crystal Data Processing Suggestions

Automar is a full package of tools for processing crystallographic data and choosing a data collection strategy. It is available for download and use by any user of Mar detectors. Annual licenses can be renewed by contacting Rayonix in North America or Marresearch worldwide.

CCP4* is a popular suite of crystallographic processing programs.

  Powder Diffraction, 2D and 1D Analysis

Fit2d* is a versatile powder diffraction and model fitting analysis program. It can process MarCCD and SX-165, MarMosaic and MX Series, and Mar345 images. See the fit2d documentation for more information.

  Custom Analysis

We provide enough information about the format of output images so that any program could be made to read them. If data frames have been saved using the native image format, MarCCD and SX-165, and MarMosaic and MX Series images are 2-byte TIFF, with a 4KB header (download example of TIFF header (PDF)). If data have been saved using RAW image format, no header information has been recorded.
